We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags intact.
- Mandatory unboxing video required for all return claims
- Items must pass quality check upon return
- Refunds issued as store credit note within 5-7 business days
- Return shipping costs borne by customer unless product defect
